WOW!! It's crazy seeing those old programs up here! So much has changed and yet some of what is here is still as good as it gets...

There used to be a pyramid calisthenic workout and a 8 or 10 week push up/pull up/sit up workout under the FAQs on the old site. Does anyone have a copy of it?
