Due to my current daily schedule and responsibilities, I find it difficult to complete some of the AM candidate workouts (mainly the swimming ones; pool doesn't open until 0530). If I can't complete one of the workouts, I feel like I should do whichever one focuses on swimming, running, and/or cals. Should I strictly follow the AM/PM schedule or would it be wise to swap them around to make sure I get the swimming, running and/or cals in for that day? Also, do I need to add more to the workout because I can't complete the other one? Or is the Rx'd workout enough even if I can't complete the other one of the day. Any knowledgeable input is greatly appreciated.
