My most recent PAST numbers:
3-mile Run: 23:52
2x 25m Underwaters: Pass
1500m Swim (with fins): 27:22
I know I can perform slightly better than those numbers, at least on calisthenics, given a day of proper rest/recovery beforehand. My run time and push-up count have both been improving pretty steadily for a couple of months now, so I should be able to reach minimum qualifications on those fairly soon. I spent some time building a good foundation and just recently started following the SORL DEP Indoc Prep Workout program from the 24SOW website.
