I PRAISE RIKR FOR THIS ROUTINE!
Been doing this program religiously as apart of my weekly indoc prep and it has greatly increased my pushup count. Especially towards the end of the 2min of an eval. Started out using the base model (5 sets 2 days a week) but have since added some little kickers to help with the progression. (Ie. weight vest, and different variation workouts during the 3-5 minute break) I went from 49 on the past to 65. Keeping in mind this is not the only thing I do but I know it helps when I start getting on the tail end of that 2 minutes. Cause up until this routine I was stuck at around 50.
So I strongly advise using this tool! Any of you out there training want to know how I have used this with the different variations feel free to PM me. It has helped me so maybe it can help someone else!
