Good evening everyone,
I've seen many different sources and have been looking for a se answer of numbers for the PAST.

Also, upon competition of college, does anyone have an idea of what the rest of the selection process is before receiving a contract for CRO? Or is there a contract, I have not met with my recruiter quite yet and was looking for some insight.

Thanks!!!

Applying for CRO as a Civi is a grey area. Your LO recruiter may determine whether or not you are eligible based of physical fitness standards and needs of the AF. Typically you aren't allowed to apply unless you are AD trying to cross train. Basically, if you fail out of the pipeline the AF can stick you back into the job you originally had, but that wouldn't be the case for Civilians. Anyway, the standards I listed are the basic requirements. As always, you want to blow those numbers out of the water. Good luck, hope this helps!
